I just signed up for a subscription for Gatherberry Goods. What will I receive?
Every month is a surprise as what you will receive in your box will be different every quarter, even though there will always be some sort of ‘staple.’ Our autumn box contained cloth napkins, placemats, dish towels, an oven mit, place cards and thank you notes. You’ll likely see cloth napkins and towels in your box a couple times a year.

What is your style?
Our boxes are generally eclectic and colorful with a lot of patterns. Our past customers have referred to our products as both modern and funky-fresh.

What is the pricing for the monthly box? Is there a discount for securing an annual subscription?
Our quarterly subscription boxes are priced at $89 + free shipping.

Can I sign up for just one box?
YES! If you are feeling us out, you can absolutely purchase just one subscription box. You can also purchase past boxes, a box as a gift for a friend or family member or an additional quarterly box because well, you loved it so much.

How do you decide the items included in your boxes?
Each of our subscription boxes is centered around an entertaining idea or seasonal theme. For instance, our first ever subscription box was called Autumn Harvest Dinner and included items like placemats, napkins, place cards, dish towels, oven mitts and a cutting board. And even though these items were initially intended for a dinner party, they can be enjoyed well after.

Our next box was a Modern Winter Cocktail theme, featuring a serving tray, decanter, cocktail glasses, recipes, napkins and coasters and finally, a 2021 desktop calendar. Every season we feel a little more inspired to come up with something fresh and fun for the home.

Can I purchase individual items that I love from the subscription box?
Right now, anyone can purchase individual items - subscription is not necessary.

Is there a date before which I need to order my box to receive the upcoming seasonal box?
The current season box will be the shipped box until the end of quarter. After this date, we will be selling and shipping a new quarterly subscription box that will sell for the entire next quarter.

While additional or old subscription boxes can be purchased without a subscription, members will always get first pick. If you love our products, the best bet is to sign up for a membership. Easy-peasy!


How long will it be between ordering my box to when it ships?
For members, subscription boxes will start shipping at the beginning of the next quarter. Right now, our shipping dates are the 15th of March, June, October and December. For non-members, the box will ship within one to three days (depending on when ordered i.e weekend, holiday, etc) after order is placed. Shipping duration depends on location.

How does billing work?
Currently, all members are charged the monthly subscription price on the first of the month. 

Can I pause my subscription?

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Right now, we only offer standard shipping on subscriptions. Gifts and individual items are available for expedited shipping. 

Do you offer international delivery?
Yes, we do. However, we do not offer free shipping internationally.

What if I receive a damaged item in my box?
If a product in your box is damaged, we will send a new one free of charge. Unfortunately, we are not offering any refunds or credits at this time. Please send us pictures of damaged items and we will ship out a new one, free of charge!
